With almost three decades of experience in caring and providing support to the elderly, Casa de Repouso de Alapraia is a family environment, located in a calm neighbourhood of Monte Estoril.
Through a complete service tailored to each particular situation, we seek to establish the conditions necessary to stabilise and hold back ageing processes as well as ensuring the swift adaptation of residents to their new home.

Casa de Repouso de Alapraia features all the small details fundamental to the wellbeing of its residents. From home-made and healthy food to activities designed for physical and cognitive stimulation, we thereby seek to strengthen the mechanisms for social inclusion and development.

From our perspective, the wellbeing of our residents is the most important factor and correspondingly deploy a technical team specialised in various fields, in particular Medicine, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Cultural Entertainment, among others.
